So, what happens on the first two days?
Two Sets of 5-10 reps with 90-150% of your 1RM for every exercise you do.
On the third day you do 5 reps with 60-120% of your 1RM with all the same exercises: squat, bench, deadlift and front squat etc.
On the fourth day you do 5 reps with 70-110% of your 1RM with all the same exercises: squats, deadlifts, bench, power cleans, power snatches and cleans.
And on the fifth day you do 5 reps with 80-120% of your 1RM with all the same exercises: squats, power cleans, power snatches and cleans.
In other words, there is no progression from the sixth day onward.
I’ve read in some books the first two Dbol cycles would be one week, two weeks two weeks, etc. The fourth cycle would take place on the fifth day.
